1.1 — Scope of Services

• If there is suspicion of money laundering
• If responsible gambling requirements are fully complied with (self-imposed limits)

3.1 — Deposits

Deposits to vc55 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 20,000 Ks. Please note the following when making a deposit.

• Deposits must be made using methods that belong to you only; third-party deposits are not allowed.
• Your account balance will only be credited once vc55 confirms that a deposit has been completed.
• vc55 may change deposit rates and limits at any time.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from vc55 is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of submitting a request. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• vc55 reserves the right to decline withdrawals if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawal access may be suspended due to bonus abuse or other issues.

3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

vc55 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing policies. vc55 has the right to review activity on your account and may suspend suspicious transactions for further investigation.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

vc55 offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks for first-time depositors. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per player.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 25; not the deposit amount × 25.
• vc55 may change bonus terms and conditions without prior notice.

4.2 — Situations Where a Bonus May Be Cancelled

In the following situations, vc55 may cancel the bonus and void any winnings obtained from it.

• If bonus abuse is found
• If bonus claims were made from multiple accounts belonging to the same person
• If bonus-related rules are violated
• If the terms of service are breached

4.3 — VIP Players

vc55 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. VIP tier advancement is determined by vc55 based on an evaluation of play activity.

5.1 — Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited on the vc55 platform.

• Playing using personal software, bots, or automation tools
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or games
• Colluding with other players to exploit the game system
• Using strategies designed to directly or indirectly exploit bonuses
• Treating other players or vc55 staff in a way that is unethical or abusive

5.2 — Games and Results

All games offered by vc55 operate under a fair play system. Results are generated by a Random Number Generator and cannot be manipulated by any party. Disputes regarding game results will be reviewed by vc55, and its decision is final.
